الملخص

يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى الرعاية الذاتية لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية. وكذلك معرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في الرعاية الذاتية لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور –اناث). وايضاً التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في الرعاية الذاتية لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية وفق متغير الفرع (علمي - ادبي). ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس الرعاية الذاتية وقد تم التحقق من صدق المقياس وثباته، وتم كذلك حساب القوة التمييزية لفقرات المقياس باستخدام الاختبار التائي (T-Test) لعينتين مستقلتين، وكذلك تم استخراج علاقة درجة كل فقرة بالدرجة الكلية للمقياس باستخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون ـ وبذلك تكون المقياس بصورته النهائية من (51) فقرة، وقد تم حساب الثبات للمقياس بطريقة اعادة الاختبار، والفا كرونباخ، وبعد استكمال الباحثة إجراءات إعداد المقياس قامت بتطبيق المقياس على عينة البحث المكونة من( 300 ) طالب وطالبة من طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية - للعام الدراسي( 2023-2024) وقد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية ,والذين يمثلون ما نسبتهُ  (38,860%) من مجتمع الدراسة, وقد عولجت البيانات احصائيا باستعمال الحقيبة الاحصائية (Spss) وبالاستعانة بالخبير الاحصائي. وأظهرت نتائج البحث الحالي ما يلي: -



  1. إنّ عينة البحث من طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية يتمتعون بمستوى عالٍ من الرعاية الذاتية.

  2. وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور– اناث) بين طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية في الرعاية الذاتية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية وفق متغير الفرع الدراسي (علمي– ادبي) بين طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية في الرعاية الذاتية.


وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها صاغت الباحثة عدداً من التوصيات والمقترحات.
