التوافق المهني لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية

الملخص
هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى التوافق المهني لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية ودلالة الفروق الإحصائية في مستوى التوافق المهني وفق متغير (الجنس(ذكور- إناث) ، التخصص(علمي، إنساني) ، الشهادة (دبلوم , بكالوريوس , شهادة عليا) ، سنوات الخدمة (1-5)،(6-10)،(11-15)،(16 فاكثر).
شمل مجتمع البحث جميع المعلمين والمعلمات في المدارس الابتدائية التابعة لمديرية تربية بغداد / الكرخ- 2 للعام الدراسي ( 2021 – 2022), تكونت عينة البحث من (500) معلم ومعلمة تم اختيارهم عشوائيا ، اعدت الباحثتان مقياس التوافق المهني والذي تكون بصورته النهائية من (24) فقرة شملت (3) مجالات هي (الرضا او الاشباع الذاتي عن العمل , الارضاء او الاقناع الذاتي في العمل , الحيازة او التثبت في العمل) وامام كل فقرة توجد (5) بدائل ، وتم تطبيق ادوات البحث على افراد عينة البحث والحصول على البيانات ومعالجتها احصائيا ، واظهرت النتائج تمتع معلمو المرحلة الابتدائية بمستوى عال من التوافق المهني ، مع وجود فرق دال احصائيا في متغير التوافق المهني حسب متغير الجنس ولصالح الاناث . وحسب متغير التخصص لصالح التخصص العلمي . وحسب متغير الشهادة لصالح الشهادات العليا ، وحسب متغير عدد سنوات الخدمة والمعلمين من ذوي سنوات الخدمة العديدة ، وفي ضوء النتائج وضعت الباحثة مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات .
