العزم الأكاديمي لدى طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية

الملخص
هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى العزم الأكاديمي لطلبة المرحلة الإعدادية، ولتحقيق هدف البحث اعتمدت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي، وتم اختارت عينة البحث بصورة عشوائية وبلغت (120) طالباً وطالبة. ولتحقيق هدف البحث قامت الباحثتان ببناء مقياس العزم الأكاديمي والذي تكون من (44) فقرة بصيغتها النهائية، وقد تحققت الباحثتان من الصدق الظاهري، والبنائي للأداة، كما تم التحقق من ثبات الأداة بطريقتين الأولى إعادة الاختبار وتم تطبيقه على(60) طالب وطالبة من مدرسة الشهيد ناجي الجبارة المختلطة وبلغ معامل ثباتها (0,89) وهو ثبات عالٍ، والثانية طريقة التجانس الداخلي ألفا كرونباخ والتي بلغت قيمة معامل ثباتها (0,84) وهو مؤشر جيد للمقياس . من خلال إجراءات البحث واستناداً إلى النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها تستنتج الباحثتان النقاط الآتية أن طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية في مدارس قضاء العلم يتمتعونَ بمستوى غير مقبول من العزم الأكاديمي ، ويحتاج إلى برنامج لتنمية العزم لديهم وتنمية الدافعية والعزيمة لديهم. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث قدمت الباحثتان عدداً من التوصيات، استكمالاً لخطوات البحث الحالي تقترح الباحثتان مجموعة من المقترحات.
