فاعلية برنامج تربوي وفق العادات السبع لـ (ستيفن آر كوفي) في خفض الحساسية الانفعالية لدى طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية

الملخص
هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تربوي وفق العادات السبع ل (ستيفن آر كوفي) في خفض الحساسية الانفعالية لدى طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية، قام الباحث ببناء مقياس الحساسية الانفعالية وتم استخراج الخصائص السيكومترية له من الصدق والثبات، وتم بناء برنامج تربوي وفق العادات السبع لستيفن آر كوفي وتم التحقق من صلاحيته من خلال عرضه على مجموعة من الخبراء في العلوم التربوية والنفسية، وقد تم تطبيق البرنامج على (80) طالباً ممن حصلوا على أعلى الدرجات في مقياس الحساسية الانفعالية موزعين على مجموعتين أحدهما تجريبية (علمي، أدبي) والثانية ضابطة (علمي، أدبي)، وتم استعمال مجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية الملائمة لإجراءات البحث منها معامل ارتباط بيرسون والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين والاختبار التائي لعينتين مترابطتين ومعامل الفا كرونباخ ومعادلة إيتا، وأظهرت نتائج البحث انخفاض الحساسية الانفعالية لدى عينة البحث كذلك أن البرنامج له أثر كبير في خفض الحساسية الانفعالية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية وفي ضوء النتائج توصل الباحث إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
