هدف البحث الحالي التعرف إلى:
- مستوى الضمير المهني لدى موظفي الجامعة.
- الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية للضمير المهني تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور- اناث).
- الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية للضمير المهني تبعا لمتغير الخدمة (1ـ 5سنوات) ومن (6-سنوات فأكثر).
وتألفت عينة البحث الحالي من موظفي جامعة تكريت ومن كلا الجنسين للعام الدراسي (2024/2025)، حيث بلغت عينة البحث (300) موظفاً وموظفةً وبواقع (202) موظفاً من الذكور و(98) موظفةً من الإناث، منهم (137) موظفاً وموظفة ممن مدة خدمتهم خمسة سنوات فأقل و(163) موظفاً وموظفةً ممن مدة خدمتهم (6 سنوات فأكثر) للعام الدراسي (2024/2025) ولتحقيق أهداف البحث الحالي تَطلب من الباحث إعداد أداة للبحث:
الأداة: حيث تم بناء مقياس الضمير المهني، وتم التحقق من الصدق، والتمييز، والثبات، وأصبح المقياس بصيغته النهائية يتكون من (30) فقرة.
وبعد التحقق من الصدق والثبات للمقياسين وباستخدام الوسائل الاحصائية توصل الباحث النتائج التالية:
الوسائل الإحصائية: وظف الباحث: (النسبة المئوية، مربع كاي، الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين متساويتين، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، معادلة الفاكرونباخ، الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين غير متساويتين).
ولقد توصلت نتائج البحث:
1-أن موظفي جامعة تكريت يتمتعون بضمير مهني بمستوى مرتفع.
2- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في متغير الضمير المهني لدى موظفي وموظفات جامعة تكريت بحسب متغير الجنس (ذكور- اناث).
3- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في متغير الضمير المهني بين الموظفين والموظفات في متغير مدة الخدمة (1- 5سنوات) (6سنوات فأكثر).
