التباين المكاني لمستويات التنمية البشرية في المراكز الحضرية لمحافظة صلاح الدين لعام 2019م - الواقع والتحديات

الملخص
تناول البحث واقع التنمية البشرية في المراكز الحضرية في محافظة صلاح الدين, مستعرضاً مفهوم التنمية, واهم مؤشراتها وطرائق قياسها, والتحليل الجغرافي لأسباب تباينها المكاني, ومن ثم الوقوف على اهم التحديات التي تواجهها, وخلص البحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات من اهمها أن مؤشرات التنمية البشرية التي اعتمدت والمتمثلة بالتعليم والصحة والدخل كانت متباينة بين المراكز الحضرية مما أثر على قيم دليل التنمية التي توزعت على ثلاث مستويات انتظمت فيها المراكز الحضرية, وبلغت قيمة دليل التنمية البشرية في عموم منطقة الدراسة (0,739), واعلى قيمة للدليل ظهرت في قضاء الدور وهي (0,784), وادناها في حضر بيجي (0,679) مما انعكس على قيمة دليل الحرمان فقيمها تتناسب عكسياً مع قيم دليل التنمية, ففي عموم حضر منطقة الدراسة بلغ دليل الحرمان (0,216), واعلى قيمة للدليل ظهرت في حضر بيجي (0,321), وهو من المناطق التي صنفتها الحكومة العراقية بانها منكوبة, بينما ادنى قيمة لدليل الحرمان ظهرت في حضر قضاء الدور وبلغت (0,216).
