الدافع للإنجاز الدراسي لدى طلبة الإعدادية

الملخص
يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى "الدافع للإنجاز الدراسي" لدى عينة البحث طلبة الإعدادية والتعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية وفقاً لمتغير الجنس والتخصص للعام الدراسي(2023ـ2024)، وقام الباحثان ببناء أداة لقياس دافع الإنجاز الدراسي, وبعد استخراج الصدق و حساب الثبات ، إذ بلغ معامل الفا كورنباخ (0.80 ) والتجزئة النصفية معامل (سبيرمان – براون) للتصحيح، إذ بلغ الثبات للمقياس (0.83 ) وإعادة الاختبار (0,85) قد أصبح المقياس بصيغة النهائية ( 40) فقرة، وتم تطبيق المقياس على عينة طبقية عشوائية بلغت (280) طالباً وطالبة، ولغرض معالجة البيانات احصائياً، استخدم الباحثان معامل ارتباط بيرسون والاختبار التائي لعينة واجدة, والاختبار التائي للعينتين مستقلتين، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى متوسط لـ"الدافع للإنجاز الدراسي" لدى طلبة الإعدادية، ولا توجد فروق ذات دالة احصائياً بين الذكور والإناث تبعاً لمتغير الجنس, ولا توجد فروق ذات دالة احصائية بين (علمي -أدبي) تبعاً لمتغير التخصص, وخرج البحث بالعديد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
