Abstract

     The current study aimed to know the strategic leadership of primary school principals in the departments of Salah El-Din Education Directorate. The research sample was chosen randomly. The current research aimed to know:


1- The General level of openness to experience among primary school mangers


2- The level of openness to experience among primary schools’ mangers according to the variable of gender (males - females)



  • The level of openness to experience of primary school managers who have no less than (10) years of experiences.
