الملخص

      هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة الانفتاح على الخبرة لدى مدراء المدارس الابتدائية في اقسام مديرية تربية صلاح الدين ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات حيث تم تطبيق المقاييس على عينة البحث والبالغ عددها (300) مدير ومديرة من مجموع مجتمع البحث البالغ (1353) وبنسبة (22%) من مجموع مجتمع البحث وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية ، واستهدف البحث الحالي معرفة :



  • مستوى انفتاح الخبرة لدى مدراء المدارس الابتدائية

  • مستوى انفتاح الخبرة لدى مدراء المدارس الابتدائية وفقا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور – اناث)

  • مستوى انفتاح الخبرة لدى مدراء المدارس الابتدائية حسب الخدمة (1-10) سنوات و (10 – فما فوق )


     وقد فسر الباحث هذه النتائج بناء الى الإطار النظري ونتائج الدراسات السابقة، وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصل اليها في البحث الحالي: وخرج الباحث بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات منها: اجراء دراسات مماثلة للبحث على شرائح اجتماعية أخرى وربطها بمتغيرات أخرى مثل، الميزة التنافسية، والصلابة النفسية
