Personal Pproficiency and its Relation to Systematic Thinking among Primary Schools’ Teachers

Abstract
The study aims at identifying personal proficiency and its relation to systematic thinking among teachers of primary schools. It aims further at highlighting the statistical indications of personal proficiency according to sex, years of experiences, and academic qualification. The study is conducted according to a sample consist of 400 teachers of both sexes who are chosen arbitrary from Kirkuk governorate. The adopted tool is a questionnaire that entails 16 questions distributed according to 4 situations. The study concludes that teachers of primary schools lack certain level of personal proficiency and systematic thinking—a matter that creates a positive relationship between the two. Accordingly, the study highlights certain suggestions and recommendations.
