الاجادة الشخصية وعلاقتها بالتفكير النظمي لدى معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الابتدائية

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الاجادة الشخصية وعلاقتها بالتفكير النظمي لدى معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الابتدائية وكذلك معرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية للإجادة الشخصية ، والتفكير النظمي وفقاً لمتغير الجنس و سنوات الخدمة و المؤهل العلمي.
وقام الباحثان بإعداد أداة ( الاجادة الشخصية ) , وكانت عدد فقراته ( 20 ) موقفا.وتم تطبيق الاستبيان بعد التأكد من الصدق والثبات على عينة مكونة من (400) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي مدينة كركوك ، بعد اختيارهم بصورةٍ عشوائية من عدد من المدارس الابتدائية .، وكذلك إعداد أداة لقياس (التفكير النظمي ) , وتكونت عدد فقرات من (16) سؤالا موزعة على أربعة مواقف . وتم تطبيق الاستبيان بعد التأكد من الصدق والثبات على عينة مكونة من (400) معلم ومعلمة من معلمين مدينة كركوك ، بعد اختيارهم بصورةٍ عشوائية من عدد من المدارس الابتدائية وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها تم التوصل في نتائج البحث إلى أن المعلمين ليس لديهم مستوى من الاجادة الشخصية وكذلك ليس لديهم مستوى من التفكير النظمي ، وهناك علاقة موجبة بين الاجادة الشخصية والتفكير النظمي . وفي ضوء نتائج البحت قدم الباحثان عدداً من التوصيات والمقترحات
