التواصل الزواجي وفق نظرية التوازن لنيوكمب وعلاقته بضغوط الحياة لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على :
- التواصل الزواجي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية .
- الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في التواصل الزواجي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية حسب متغير الجنس ( ذكور – اناث ) .
- ضغوط الحياة لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية .
- الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في ضغوط الحياة لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية حسب متغير الجنس ( ذكور – اناث ) .
- طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين التواصل الزواجي وكل من ضغوط الحياة لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية .
وقد بلغت عينة البحث (200) معلماً ومعلمة من المدارس الابتدائية في مدينة تكريت ، وتحقيقاً لاهداف البحث قامت الباحثتان ببناء مقياس التواصل الزواجي وهو جزء من المتطلبات الرئيسية للبحث الحالي والمتكون من ثلاثة مجالات هي( التشابه ، التعزيز ، التجاذب) إذ تكون المقياس بصورته الاولية من (60) فقرة ، وقد تم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري للمقياس وكذلك استخراج معامل الارتباط بين درجة كل فقرة والدرجة الكلية للمقياس وقد تم حساب ثبات المقياس بطريقة اعادة الاختبار فبلغ (0,84) وهو يعد عامل ثبات جيد .
اما فيما يخص المتغير الثاني وهو ضغوط الحياة فقد قامت الباحثتان باعداد المقياس والمتكون من الاربعة مجالات وهي (النفسي، الاجتماعي، الاسري، المهني ) حيث تكون المقياس بصورته الاولية من (40) فقرة وقد تم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري للمقياس وكذلك استخراج معامل ارتباط درجة كل فقرة مع الدرجة الكلية للمقياس وتم حساب ثبات المقياس بطريقة اعادة الاختبار اذ بلغ (0,82) وهو يعد ثباتاً جيداً ، قامت الباحثتان بتطبيق المقياس على عينة البحث الاساسية المكونة من (200) معلم ومعلمة من المدارس الابتدائية التابعة لقسم تكريت وبعد جمع الاستمارات وتحليلها باستخدام الوسائل الاحصائية ومنها (الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة ، الاختبار التائي لعينتين ، معامل ارتباط بيرسون ، تحليل التباين ) اظهرت النتائج ما يأتي :
- ان المعلمين والمعلمات لديهم تواصل زواجي عالي .
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكور والاناث في مستوى التواصل الزواجي ولصالح الاناث .
- ارتفاع مستوى ضغوط الحياة لدى عينة البحث .
- وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى ضغوط الحياة بين الذكور والاناث ولصالح الاناث .
- وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين التواصل الزواجي و ضغوط الحياة لعينة البحث .
