جغرافية دول القرن الافريقي وابعادها الستراتيجية المحتملة

الملخص
منح العامل الجغرافي دول القرن الأفريقي أهمية جيوبولتيكية في منطقة تعد من اكثر المناطق أهمية وأخطرها حساسية في العالم ، اذ اسهم في منحها طابع الاهمية الاستراتيجية كون دولة تطل على المحيط الهندي من ناحية وتتحكم في المدخل الجنوب للبحر الأحمر حيث مضيق باب المندب من ناحية أخرى ، ومن ثم فإن المنطقة تتحكم بطريق التجارة العالمي خاصةً تجارة النفط القادمة من دول الخليج العربي والمتوجهة إلى أوروبا والولايات المتحدة ، تمحورت مشكلة البحث حول اثر المقومات الجغرافية الطبيعية التي تمتلكها دول القرن الافريقي والتي بدورها دفعت القوى الكبرى والاقليمية الى التواجد في هذه المنطقة ، والتي شكلت منطقة حيوية بالنسبة للدول المتنافسة ، تسعى الدراسة من خلال هذا البحث الى بيان الاهمية الجيوسياسية والاقتصادية في الصراع القائم بين الدول المتنافسة وأسباب هذا الصراع والاشارة الى ابرز الدوافع المحركة لسياسات الدول المتواجدة في منطقة القرن واسباب وجودها، كما ويهدف البحث الى بيان المناطق الجغرافية التي تتقاطع مع هذه المنطقة سياسيا واقتصاديا وامنيا .
في ضوء ما تقدم ومن خلال المعطيات التي تعيشها دول القرن الافريقي طرح البحث عدت مقترحات من ابرزها ، هو عدم فقدان دول القرن الافريقي لأهميتها الجغرافية والملاحية والاقتصادية والأمنية واحتفاظها بمكانتها الجيوستراتيجية ، مع بقاء حالة الضعف والفقر والصراعات التي تعاني منها دول القرن وهو ما دفع القوى الإقليمية المختلفة من التوجه نحو المنطقة ، كما وتعد دول القرن الإفريقي إحدى أبرز المناطق المرشحة لتصاعد الصراعات واندلاع الأزمات الإقليمية والدولية في القارة الإفريقية والمنطقة برمتها وستشهد في المستقبل القريب استمرار وتزايد التنافس الإقليمي ودخول دول اخرى في حلبة التنافس على هذه المنطقة مع عودة او ظهور قوى اقليمية جديدة .
