الملخص
لمعرفة الغطاء الأرضي تم استخدام التصنيف الموجه وتحديد الغطاء الأرضي الموجود في حوض وادي الزبيدي ودراسة الترب الهيدرلوجية(SCS) واصنافها(ABC) قيمة(CN) لحوض وادي الزبيدي ومعامل(C) معامل(S) -طريقة الباحث(حفر الاحواض المائية وملئها بالجلاميد)، وبعد هذه الدراسة تم اختيار الطرائق الناجحة لحصاد المياه في حوض وادي الزبيدي وهي- 2-السدود الترابية-3-نظام نشر المياه- 4-المنخفضات الطبيعية- 5-نظام الخطوط الكنتورية-6-الحفائر النصف دائرية، ومن اهم الطرق الطريقة التي ابتكرها الباحث وهي حفر حوض عن عند تجمع المياه في نقطة المصب واستثمارها وعدم هدرها كون منطقة الدراسة تعاني من قلة في المياه وكذلك مناخها القاري وتطرفه.
