الملخص
هدف هذا البحث الكشف عن المناخ الجامعي لدى طلبة الجامعة والتعرف على الفروق المعنوية لكل من متغيري البحث الجنس والتخصص لدى عينة من طلبة المرحلة الجامعية وقد بلغت عينة البحث (300 ) طالب وطالبة قام الباحث ببناء مقياس المناخ الجامعي اذ تكون المقياس من ( 38 ) فقرة وجرى التحقق من الصدق الظاهري للمقياس عن طريق عرض فقراته على مجموعة من المحكمين ، وكذلك استخراج معامل التمييز ومعامل الارتباط لفقرات المقياس وبذلك اصبح المقياس بصورته النهائية مكون من ( 38 ) فقرة وقد جرئ حساب ثبات المقياس بطريقة اعادة الاختبار فبلغ (0,80) وبطريقة الفا كرونباخ بلغ ( 0,76) وبعد جمع استمارات المعلومات عولجت البيانات احصائيا باستعمال الحقيبة الاحصائية المستخدمة في البحوث التربوية والنفسية . وقد توصل الباحث الى النتائج التالية : انه طلبة الجامعة لديهم مناخ جامعي عالي قياس بالمتوسط الفرضي لديهم لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية وفقا لمتغير الجنس لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية وفقا لمتغير التخصص .
