Main Article Content
Abstract
The lock and key strategy is one of the active learning strategies that has been proven to have value through the experience of students. Students of all levels admit it is a good method. The learners acquire their various educational experiences through interacting with the multiplicity of senses, participation and practice of these experiences, and the opinions agree that teaching requires advanced strategies and teaching methods in a way that is consistent with the needs of learners. The current research aims to show the impact of the lock and key strategy in collecting the fifth literary students in Islamic education and the direction towards it. The researcher conducted this study to develop an interesting educational method, as a new formula in teaching recitation and memorization. In order to achieve the goal of the study, the researcher intentionally chose the first intermediate students in Al -Alam High School. They were divided into two groups. Group A represents the experimental group and the number of students in it 26 students. Group B represents the control group and the number of students in it 25 students. In order to verify the research goal, the researcher formulated the following zero hypotheses:
- There is no statistically significant difference, at the level of significance (0.05) between the average degrees of students of the experimental group who studied the subject of the Holy Qur’an and education using the lock and key strategy and the average degrees of students of the control group who studied the same article in the regular way in the collection test.
- There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) in the average difference between student grades in the experimental group in the test and the direction towards the subject.
The result of the current research was in the excellence of the experimental group.
The researcher put conclusions, wills and proposals at the end of the research
