Strategic Leadership among Primary School Principals

Abstract
The current study aims to study the strategic leadership of primary school principals in the departments of Salah El-Din Education Directorate. The research sample was chosen by random method, and the current research aimed to know:
1- The level of strategic leadership among primary school principals
2- The level of strategic leadership among primary school principals by gender variable (males - females)
4- The level of strategic leadership among primary school principals according to the service variable (1-10) years, and (10- and above)
The researcher interpreted these results based on the theoretical framework and the results of previous studies, and in light of the findings he reached in the current reseach.
