Measuring the Functional Correlation of Primary School Teachers in the District of Shirqat

Abstract
The current research aims to identify the level of functional correlation of primary school teachers and to know, the statistical differences in the functional correlation of the variables of sex (males - females) and the number of years of service (less than 5 years - more than 5 years). The current research community consisted of all primary school teachers in Salah al-Din governorate, Shirqat district, for the academic year (2021-2022) Their number was totally (1188) of both male and female teachers, divided into (867) male teachers and (321) female teachers, distributed among schools of Shirqat district which total number was (200) Schools. The total research sample amounted to (600) male and female teachers distributed among (27) schools. The validity of the two scales was verified by adopting (content validity of its two types: apparent validity, logical validity, and construct validity) and the discriminatory power was calculated for the items of the two scales. Cronbach for both scales, and the data were treated statistically using the statistical package (SPSS). The results of the research showed that the teachers' group enjoys a high level of functional correlation. The research sample of males has a higher level of job relatedness than females, and as for the variable years of service, the results showed that teachers from the research sample who have served more than (5) years have a higher degree in job relatedness than teachers with service less than ( 5 years(
