قياس الارتباط الوظيفي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في قضاء الشرقاط

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على مستوى الارتباط الوظيفي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية ومعرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في الارتباط الوظيفي لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور – اناث) عدد سنوات الخدمة (اقل من 5 سنوات – اكثر من 5 سنوات). وتكون مجتمع البحث الحالي من جميع معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة صلاح الدين قضاء الشرقاط للعام الدراسي (2021-2022) والبالغ عددهم (1188) معلما ومعلمة وبواقع ( 867) معلما و (321) معلمة, حيث بلغ عدد المدارس في قضاء الشرقاط ( 200) مدرسة. وقد بلغت عينة البحث الكلية (600) معلم ومعلمة توزعت على (27) مدرسة , وتم التحقق من صدق المقياسين باعتماد (صدق المحتوى بنوعيه الصدق الظاهري والصدق المنطقي وصدق البناء) وتم حساب القوة التميزية لفقرات المقياسين, اما الثبات فتم حسابه بطريقة اعادة الاختبار, والفا كرونباخ لكلا المقياسين, وعولجت البيانات احصائياً باستخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية (SPSS) وأظهرت نتائج البحث, إن شريحة المعلمين يتمتعون بمستوى عالي من الارتباط الوظيفي. وإن عينة البحث من الذكور لديها مستوى عالي من الارتباط الوظيفي اكثر من الاناث, أمّا بالنسبة لمتغير سنوات الخدمة فقد أوضحت النتائج أنّ المعلمين من عينة البحث الذين لديهم خدمة اكثر من (5) سنوات لديهم درجة أعلى في الارتباط الوظيفي من المعلمين ذوي الخدمة اقل من (5) سنوات .
