القلق التنافسي وعلاقته بالنهوض الدراسي لدى طلبة الجامعة

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على قلق التنافس وعلاقته بالنهوض الدراسي لدى طلبة الجامعة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (320) من طلبة جامعة تكريت، وأعد الباحث مقياساً للقلق التنافسي من (35) فقرة، ومقياساً للنهوض الدراسي من (30) فقرة، واختبر الباحث الصدق والثبات بعرضهما على مجموعة مختصة محكمة في مجال علم النفس التربوي والقياس والتقويم، وقد توصل الباحث لمجموعة من النتائج والاستنتاجات منها: أن القلق التنافسي حالة موجودة عند طلبة الجامعة وترتبط بكثير من الأسباب ومنها الحصول على درجات تنافسية والبحث عن الاحسن، وأن النهوض الدراسي لدى طلبة الجامعة مرتبط بالحالة النفسية والمعرفية لديهم، مما ينعكس على واقعهم التعليمي، وأن القلق التنافسي كانت علاقته عكسية مع النهوض الدراسي وهي حالة موجودة عند طلبة الجامعة وتحتاج لمزيد من الدراسات، وأوصى الباحث بعدد من التوصيات منها: الاهتمام بموضوع القلق التنافسي عند طلبة الجامعة وتأثير ذلك على مستويات طلبة الجامعة من حيث التحصيل والعلمية، وقدم جملة من المقترحات منها: اجراء بحث يتحرى عن علاقة النهوض الدراسي مع المشاكل العامة والخاصة بالطلبة، اجراء دراسة عن الطلبة وأثر القلق التنافسي في حياتهم الاكاديمية.
