الملخص

      يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلبة الجامعة، والفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلبة الجامعة حسب متغيرات الجنس (ذكور-اناث) , التخصص (علمي-انساني) ,المرحة الدراسية (أولى- رابعة ). وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بأعداد مقياس (ثقافة العمل التطوعي) المكون من (35) فقرة ولكل فقرة (5) بدائل هي(موافق بشدة ، موافق ، محايد ، معارض ، معارض بشدة)، اما عينة البحث فقد اختيرت بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية والمكونة من (400) طالباً وطالبة من المرحلة (الأولى والرابعة ) من كليات جامعة كركوك واقسامها من الدراسات الصباحية و بواقع (200) طالباً وطالبة من الكليات العلمية ، و(200) طالباً وطالبة من الكليات الانسانية وقامت الباحة باستخراج الخصائص السايكومترية من تمييز وصدق بأنواعه المنطقي والظاهري والبنائي ، اما الثبات فأستخرج بطريقة( إعادة الاختبار ومعامل الفا كرو نباخ).اما الوسائل الإحصائية المستعملة في البحث فهي (مربع كاي والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون ومعادلة الفا كرونباخ والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة)، وبعد معالجة البيانات احصائياً باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية SPSS، اظهرت النتائج الاتي:


-تمتع الطلبة بمستوى مرتفع من ثقافة العمل التطوعي .


- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس(ذكور-اناث) ولصالح الاناث، ولم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير التخصص(علمي-انساني) وكذلك لمتغير المرحلة (أولى -رابعة). وكما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود تفاعل بين (الجنس والتخصص والمرحلة)، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث توصلت الباحثة الى عدداً من التوصيات والمقترحات .
