Paranoid Thinking among Intermediate School Female Students
Main Article Content
Abstract
The current research aims to identify the level of paranoid thinking among intermediate school female students. A sample of 5629 intermediate school female students from the city of Tikrit, affiliated with the Salah al-Din Education Directorate, was selected for the research community. The researchers constructed a paranoid thinking scale based on the Mevin and Whitson (2007) model. The scale consisted of 40 items. Validity was extracted in several ways, as well as reliability by the retest and Cronbach’s methods. The reliability coefficient reached 0.89 and 0.87, respectively. The researchers applied the scale in its final form to the application sample, which numbered 400 female students. The research results concluded that the sample possesses suspicious thinking.
