برنامج تدريبي قائم على انموذج تمتين طبقات الادراك المعرفي واثره في التفكير المستقبلي لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية

الملخص
يهدف بحثنا الحالي إلى التعرف على تأثير البرنامج التدريبي القائم على نموذج تمتين طبقات الإدراك المعرفي في تنمية التفكير المستقبلي لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية. لتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم صياغة الفرضية الصفرية الآتية:
"لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات مدرسي المجموعة التجريبية الذين تعرضوا للبرنامج التدريبي باستخدام الاستراتيجيات المقترحة وفق نموذج تمتين طبقات الإدراك المعرفي ومدرسي المجموعة الضابطة الذين لم يتعرضوا للبرنامج في اختبار التفكير المستقبلي."
اشتمل المجتمع مدرسي ومدرسات العلوم الإنسانية في المدارس النهارية التابعة لمديرية تربية صلاح الدين/ تكريت. تكونت عينة البحث من 48 مدرسًا ومدرسة، حيث ضمت المجموعة التجريبية 25 مدرسًا ومدرسة، بينما ضمت المجموعة الضابطة 23 مدرسًا ومدرسة.
لجمع بيانات البحث، تم بناء اختبار التفكير المستقبلي الذي تكون بصيغته النهائية من 32 فقرة موضوعية، بواقع فقرتين لكل مهارة فرعية. أجريت التحليلات الإحصائية اللازمة لتقييم الاختبار، مثل معاملات الصعوبة والسهولة، معامل التمييز، وفعالية البدائل. كما تم التأكد من الخصائص السايكومترية للاختبار لضمان دقته وموثوقيته.
