أثر توظيف القيم الإسلامية الأخلاقية في تنشئة طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة في ضوء التطبيقات التربوية المعاصرة

الملخص
هدف البحث الى بيان أثر القيم الإسلامية الأخلاقية في تنشئة طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة في ضوء التطبيقات التربوية المعاصرة، حيث تعد القيم الأخلاقية بمثابة السلم الرئيسي في الارتقاء بالشخصية من كافة الجوانب المهارية والوجدانية والمعرفية، فالقيم الأخلاقية تعد مطلباً تربوياً لتحقيق الغاية من التعلم وبناء الشخصية السوية، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراسته هذه، وتوصل البحث الى نتائج مهمة منها، تعد الانشطة المدرسية من الوسائل المهم في تعزيز القيم الاخلاقية وتنميتها لدى الطلبة، انخفاض مستوى الوعي لبعض المدرسين بأهمية دورهم التربوي والارشادي بترسيخ القيم الإسلامية الاخلاقية لدى الطلبة، فتور التعاون المشترك بين المجتمع والبيئة المدرسية لتحقيق الغاية القصوى من التربية الخلقية، تأثر سلوكيات كثير من الطلبة بإتباع سلوكيات غير حسنة لبعض المدرسين.
كما توصل البحث الى بعض الاستنتاجات المهمة منها، ان دور المدرس واسلوبه له اثر كبير في تعزيز القيم الاخلاقية السامية كالأمانة والصدق والتعاون والاحترام وحسن الخلق، ان توظيف القيم الاخلاقية في المناهج الدراسية لها دورها الكبير في تنشئة الطلبة على المثل العليا في تعزيز القيم الاخلاقية.
ومن التوصيات التي وصى بها البحث، اعداد خطة محكمة ومتكاملة للمدارس لمواجهة تغيرات القيم وخاصة القيم الأخلاقية. دعم الكوادر التدريسية والوقوف بجانبها للتصدي لتغيرات القيم. تبني المدارس لمقررات الندوات والبرامج الثقافية والعمل بمضمونها للمحافظة على القيم الأخلاقية والتمسك بها. تعزيز المناخ المدرسي وتطوير دوره التربوي للاهتمام بالقيم الاخلاقية بين الطلاب وانعكاس ذلك على البيئة المجتمعية.
