أنماط الشخصية MBTI لدى تدريسي الجامعة

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف إلى (أنماط الشخصية) السائدة لدى تدريسي الجامعة، والفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية تبعاً لمتغيري (التخصص، والجنس)، تكونت عينة البحث الحالي من (320) تدريسياً وتدريسية ، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية طبقية من تدريسي جامعة تكريت ،من كلا الجنسين وللاختصاصات العلمية والإنسانية ،تم تطبيق اختبار أنماط الشخصية (MBTI، وبعد استكمال الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس، من صدق وثبات وتمييز ،تكون المقياس النهائي من (50) فقرة بالصورة النهائية وتم تطبيقه على عينة البحث.
وباستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية الآتية :( الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة ولعينتين مستقلتين-ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون- الفاكرونباخ – مربع كاي) أظهرت النتائج :
- 1-إنَّ الأنماط السائدة التي ظهرت في الدراسة هي النمط ESTJ جاء كأكثر الأنماط انتشاراً، النمط ESTP.والنمط ENTPوالأنماط INTP، ،أما بقية الأنماط فانتشارها قليل.
- 2- الأنماط أكثر انتشاراً لدى الذكور :هي نفسها السائدة لدى عينة البحث ،أما الإناث فكانت أقل بقليل .
