المرونة العاطفية لدى طلبة الجامعة

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى المرونة العاطفية لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة وكذلك ايجاد الفروق الدالة للمتغير حسب الجنس والتخصص على العينة مكونة من (300) طالب وطالبة، إذ توزعت العينة بشكل تناسبي على متغير الجنس والتخصص الدراسي ، واعدت الباحثة مقياساً لقياس المرونة العاطفية وبعد عرضه على لجنة من الخبراء لتحديد مدى صلاحية الفقرات في قياس ما وضعه لقياسه وتوصلت الباحثة الى النتائج التالية :
1ـ لدى طلبة الجامعة مستوى عالً في المرونة العاطفية.
2ـ لا يوجد فرق دال احصائياً في المرونة العاطفية تبعا لمتغير الجنس .
3ـ يوجد فرق دال احصائياً في المرونة العاطفية تبعا لمتغير التخصص الدراسي ولصالح التخصصات الانساني.
