فاعلية برنامج تربوي لتنمية العزم الاكاديمي لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية

الملخص
هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى العزم الأكاديمي و الكشف على مدى فاعلية البرنامج التربوي المستند على نظرية أتكسون في تنمية العزم الأكاديمي لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية ، ولتحقيق هدف البحث اعتمدت الباحثة التصميم التجريبي ذات المجموعات المتكافئة التجريبيتين والضابطتين وفقاً للاختبارين القبلي والبعدي، وتم اختارت عينة البحث بصورة عشوائية وبلغت (120) طالب وطالبة بواقع (60) للمجموعة التجريبية،و(60) طالب وطالبة للمجموعة الضابطة وأجرت الباحثة عملية التكافؤ بين المجموعات ولتحقيق هدف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس العزم الاكاديمي والذي تكون من (44) فقرة بصيغتها النهائية و (3) مجالات اما بدائل الإجابة فكانت (4) بدائل وقد تحققت الباحثة من الصدق الظاهري، والبنائي للأداة، كما تم التحقق من ثبات الأداة بطريقتين الأولى إعادة الاختبار وبلغ معامل ثباتها (0,89) وهو ثبات عالٍ، والثانية طريقة التجانس الداخلي ألفا كرونباخ والتي بلغت قيمة معامل ثباتها (0,84) وهو مؤشر جيد للمقياس ،كما قامت الباحثة ببناء برنامج تربوي في تنمية العزم الأكاديمي يتكون من (16) درساً وقد تم استخراج الصدق الظاهري للبرنامج وقد حصل على نسبة اتفاق (90%) فأكثر، وعولجت البيانات احصائياً باستخدام (معامل ارتباط بيرسون، الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين، معامل الفا كرونباخ، مربع كاي، الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، الاختبار التائي لعينتين مترابطتين) وأظهرت النتائج وفي ضوء النتائج توصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات وقدمت الباحثة عدداً من المقترحات.
