الآثار الجيوبولتيكية لحلف الناتو على الأمن القومي الروسي

الملخص
إن التوسع الجيوبولتيكي لحلف الناتو شرقاً واقترابه من حدود روسيا يثير غضب الروس , لذا عملت روسيا على تامين حدودها مع اوكرانيا عن طريق احتلال اجزاء من اوكرانيا وهو بمثابة رد جيوبولتيكي نحو توسع حلف الناتو, لكن رغبة حلف الناتو بالتوسع باتجاه اوكرانيا كان له اثار على الصعيد السياسي منها توتر العلاقات بين روسيا واوكرانيا فضلاً عن توتر العلاقات مع دول الاتحاد الاوربي, ولايتوقف الأمر على الاثار السياسية بل الاقتصادية ايضاً وعلى وجه الخصوص ملف النفط والغاز والفحم حيث تعتمد دول اوربا على استيراد المواد الهايدروكاربونية من روسيا وتضمن البحث فرضية ان اوكرانيا من اكثر الدول التي يسعى حلف الناتو الوصول اليها لتهديد الامن الروسي مما يؤدي الى توتر العلاقات السياسية بين روسيا ودول الحلف وبالتالي تؤثر على كمية صادرات الطاقة الروسية ، اما أهمية البحث فتضمنت ابراز دور مصادر الطاقة في الصراع الدائر بين روسيا وحلف الناتو. وفي حالة حدوث اي توتر بين روسيا وحلف الناتو سيوقف تدفق المواد الهايدروكاربونية الى روسيا ومن نتائج البحث ان أوكرانيا تتمتع بأهمية اقتصادية كبيرة وممر لمصادر الطاقة لاوربا وتركيب اثنوغرافي متعدد يجعلها ذات أهمية كبيرة .
