الابعاد الجيوستراتيجية المؤثرة في قوة الدولة العراقية بمنظور جغرافي

الملخص
يمتلك العراق موقعا جغرافيا مميزا في منطقة الشرق الأوسط كان له الأثر الأكبر في إبراز عامل قوة المكان وميزة الموقع الجغرافي ودورها في بناء قوة الدولة العراقية, ناهيك عن امتلاك العراق لموارد اقتصادية وثروات معدنية تسهم في هيكلة الاقتصاد العراقية وتعزز قدراته نحو امتلاك , محيط إقليمي يجعله مركز تفاعل كبير يؤثر وبشكل مباشر وغير مباشر على قوة الدولة عبر مجموعة من المتغيرات الجغرافية الإقليمية والدولية على المستوى السياسي والاقتصادي والأمني والعسكري, تم الاعتماد فيها على تحليل المعطيات الجغرافية للدولة العراقية والعوامل المؤثرة فيها الموارد والشكل والموقع وغيرها عبر هيكلة الدراسة بشكل يضمن تحليل الواقع السياسي العراقي وطبيعة المتغيرات الجيوستراتيجية وتأثيرها على قوة لدولة , وقد توصلت الدراسة لجملة من النتائج منها أن للمتغيرات الدولية لاسيما السياسية والاقتصادية والعسكرية أثر كبير على قوة الدولة العراقية , ناهيك عن دور الدول الإقليمية والعالمية في رسم استراتيجية المنطقة وأثرها على العراق , وان العراق لا يمتلك استراتيجية واضحة في بناء الدولة المستقبلي الأمر الذي انعكس على تدهور الواقع الحالي وضبابية العملية السياسية المستقبلية , الأمر الذي انعكس وبشكل مباشر على قوة الدولة العراقية .
