التشارك المعرفي وعلاقته بالاتزان الانفعالي لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة تكريت

الملخص
بعد تحديد مجتمع البحث ، تم سحب عينة طبقية عشوائية من مجتمع البحث حسب الكليات والمراحل (الماجستير، الدكتوراه) في كليات جامعة تكريت البالغ عددهم (947) طالبا" وطالبة، تبعا" لمتغيرات (الجنس ، المرحلة ، التخصص) ، وقد بلغ حجم عينة البحث (240) طالبا" وطالبة، بواقع (120) طالبا وطالبة من التخصص العلمي والانساني (الماجستير) و (120) طالبا وطالبة من التخصص العلمي والانساني (الدكتوراه ) ، اما ادوات البحث فقد قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس للتشارك المعرفي والمكون من( 32) ومقياس للاتزان الانفعالي والبالغ عددها (35) وباستعمال الوسائل الإحصائية (الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة ( T-Test) _ الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين(T-Test) - معامل ارتباط بيرسون ومعادلة ألفا كرونباخ ( Cronbach) _ تحليل التباين المتعدد ) , وبعد معالجة البيانات احصائيا اظهرت النتائج -وجود علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية بين متغيرات الدراسة. وساهمت هذه الدراسة في الكشف عن فروق التشارك المعرفي وفقاً لمتغير (الجنس) ، ولصالح الإناث لمتغير (التخصص) ، لصالح التخصص العلمي .وتمتع طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة تكريت بالتشارك المعرفي فيما بينهم.وتمتع طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة تكريت باتزان انفعالي جيد.
