Abstract

After defining the research community, a random stratified sample was withdrawn from the research community by colleges and stages (Masters, PhD) in the faculties of Tikrit University, which numbered (947) male and female students, depending on the variables (gender, stage, specialization), and the size of the research sample was (240) male and female students, amounting to (120) male and female students from the scientific and human specialization (Masters) and (120) male and female students from the scientific and human specialization of PH.D.


As for the research tools, the researcher built a measure of cognitive sharing, consisting of (32) and a measure of emotional balance, which numbered (35) using statistical means the T-test.
