Measuring Organizational Health among Secondary School Managers

Abstract
The current research aims to identify the level of organizational health of secondary school manager. The study sample consisted of (190) male and female managers who were chosen randomly. Using a data collection tool, the validity and reliability of the tool were confirmed. Organizational Health Scale consists of (34) items distributed over seven domains. The search results showed the following:
High school managers have a good level of organizational health.1-
2-There are statistically significant differences between males and females in organizational health
3-There are no statistically significant differences between the years of service in the level of organizational health
