الملخص

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مستوى الصحة التنظيمية لدى مدراء المدارس الثانوية. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (190) مديراً ومديرة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية النسبية من مجتمع الدراسة. واستخدم الباحث أداةً لجمع البيانات، الاداة لقياس مستوى الصحة التنظيمية لدى مدراء المدارس الثانوية  وقد تم التأكد من صدق الاداة وثباتها.


مقياس الصحة التنظيمية : اذ يتكون من (34) فقرة موزعة على سبع مجالات.


وتم التحقق من صدق المقياس باعتماد (صدق المحتوى بنوعيه الصدق الظاهري والصدق المنطقي وصدق البناء) وتم حساب القوة التمييزية لفقرات المقياس, اما الثبات فتم حسابه بطريقة اعادة الاختبار. والفا كورنباخ للمقياس, وعولجت البيانات احصائيا باستخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية(spss) وبالاستعانة بالخبير الاحصائي.


واظهرت نتائج البحث ما يلي:-


1- يتمتع مدراء المدارس الثانوية بمستوى جيد من الصحة التنظيمية.


2- وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكور والإناث في الصحة التنظيمية وذلك لصالح الذكور.


3- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سنوات الخدمة في مستوى الصحة التنظيمية.
