الظواهر السلبية في تدريس المواد التربوية والنفسية من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا – كلية التربية للعلوم الانسانية

الملخص
يهدف البحث التعرف على الظواهر السلبية في تدريس المواد التربوية والنفسية من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا – كلية التربية للعلوم الانسانية , ولتحقيق ذلك تم وضع الاسئلة الآتية :
1 – ما الظواهر السلبية التي يتبعها تدريسيي المواد التربوية والنفسية من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا – كلية التربية للعلوم الانسانية .
2 – ما مقترحات طلبة الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية للعلوم الانسانية للحد من تلك الظواهر السلبية .
تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ,إذ تكونت عينة البحث من (31) طالبا وطالبة بصورة قصدية من اقسام (اللغة العربية , وعلوم القرآن والتربية الاسلامية ,الجغرافية ) طلبة الدراسات العليا.
تطلب تحقيق هدف البحث اعداد اداة وهي عبارة عن استبانة , اذ انها من الوسائل الملائمة للحصول على البيانات المطلوبة لهذه الدراسة , لذا تم توجيه استبانة مفتوحة لأفراد العينة الاستطلاعية البالغ عددهم (30) طالبا وطالبة . من طلبة قسم ( اللغة الانكليزية , والتاريخ ) تضمنت الاستبانة سؤالا مفتوحا مفاده ( ما الظواهر السلبية تدريس المواد التربوية والنفسية ) وبعد ذلك تم جمع الاجابات وفرزها وتفريغها , بلغ عددها (20) فقرة . ولغرض التأكد من صلاحية استخدامها تم عرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين للتعرف على الصدق الظاهري لها
تم تطبيقها على عينة الاستطلاعية لقياس القوة التمييزية واستخرج معامل الثبات الذي حيث بلغ (0.81) ويعد هذا المعامل جيد.
طبقت الاداة على افراد عينة البحث الاساسية يوم الاحد ( 15/ 1 /2021 ) و باستعمال درجة الحدة والوزن المئوي وسيلة احصائية اظهرت النتائج ما يأتي :
1- هناك عدد من الفقرات شكلت ظاهرة سلبية منها قلة استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في التدريس .
ومن اهم المقترحات العلاجية التي وضعها الطلبة هي , ضرورة اجراء التقويم المستمر لأداء الطلبة .
تمت التوصية بانه على المدرس اختيار انسب طرائق التدريس التي تثير الدافعية .
