فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على استراتيجية المدينة العالمي في تنمية مهارات تنفيذ الدرس لدى معلمي اللغة العربية ومعلماتها

الملخص
هدف البحث الى تحقيق الاهداف الاتية :
- تصميم برنامج تدريبي على وفق استراتيجيات المدينة المدينة العالمي لدى معلمي اللغة العربية ومعلماتها .
- التعرف على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي على وفق استراتيجيات المدينة المدينة العالمي في تنمية مهارات تنفيذ الدرس لدى معلمي اللغة العربية ومعلماتها .
استخدم الباحثان التصميم التجريبي ذا المجموعتين المتكافئتين، المجموعة التجريبية التي درس أفرادها على وفق البرنامج التدريبي والمجموعة الضابطة التي درس أفرادها على وفق التدريب الاعتيادي، وشملت (43) معلما ومعلمة للغة العربية تم تقسيمهم بواقع (22) معلما ومعلمة للمجموعة التجريبية أجريت عملية التكافؤ بين أفراد مجموعتي البحث بحسب متغيرات (الجنس ذكر – انثى)، العمر بالسنوات، المشاركة بالدورات، الشهادة، سنوات الخدمة، اختبار الذكاء، الاختبار القبلي لورقة ملاحظة مهارات تنفيذ الدرس، الاختبار القبلي للتفكير المتزامن). للعام الدراسي (2019-2020) وتكونت المادة الدراسية من (التفكير المتزامن)، وعلى ضوء المادة تم إعداد برنامج تدريبي على وفق استراتيجيات المدينة العالمي شمل على (10) تم التأكد من صدقها، تم تطبيق البرنامج من قبل الباحث ، استخدم الباحثان أداة هي اختبار التفكير المتزامن، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وبعد الانتهاء من تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي الذي أعده الباحثان للمجموعتين، والذي تم تطبيقه في الكورس الأول، طبق الباحثان الاختبار البعدي لاختبار التفكير المتزامن على أفراد مجموعتي البحث، وبعد تصحيح الاختبارين وتحليلهما إحصائيا باستعمال الاختبار(مان وتني) لعينتين مستقلتين، ظهرت النتائج الآتية:
وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية في متوسط رتب المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسط رتب المجموعة الضابطة بدرجات التنمية لأداة التفكير المتزامن.
وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة خرج الباحثان بعدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات.
