الملخص
يرتبط خطاب الكراهية بتأثير على المجتمعات والافراد على حد سواء فأن هناك اهتماما متزايدا بموضوع خطاب الكراهية. يغطي خطاب الكراهية اي تعبير يعد مهينا لأي عنصر, دين, عرق او مجموعة من الناس. يرتبط خطاب الكراهية بحرية التعبير, تأييد الكراهية و التحريض على العنف لذا فانه يجب أن يفهم في السياقات المختلفة التي يظهر فيها. تتناول الدراسة الحالية الجوانب التداولية في خطاب الكراهية العنصري. ان الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة هو لتحديد الافعال الكلامية المستعملة في جريدة ( كانگورا) المنشورة في رواندا. لغرض تحقيق اهداف الدراسة فقد تم اختيار سبعة نصوص. اهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة هي ان افعال الكلام التوجيهية كانت اكثر استخدام من بقية الانواع كما وان أفعال الكلام غير المباشرة قد استخدمت اكثر من المباشرة في خطاب الكراهية العنصري.
