Main Article Content
Abstract
The objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of a training program that incorporates STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) orientations in enhancing the Future Perceptions of mathematics instructors and their students. In the academic year 2021/2022 AD, there are a total of 656 instructors and schools in the General Directorate of Education in Salah al-Din Governorate, including middle school education. The study sample was selected using the deliberate approach, consisting of (25) instructors and schools affiliated with the Department of Science Education. In this discourse, the researcher presents a revised version of the user's text. The researcher employed a training program aligned with the current trends in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. The dependent variable was assessed using a questionnaire comprising 40 items. To ensure the questionnaire's validity and reliability, appropriate statistical techniques were employed. The researcher concluded that there were statistically significant differences at a significance level of 0.05. In comparing the before and post application of the Future Perceptions, the evidence supports a favorable stance towards the post application.
