الملخص

يهدف البحث التعرف على (فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على توجهات ((STEM في تنمية التصورات المستقبلية عند مدرسي الرياضيات ومدرساتها)، اتبع الباحثان تصميماً تجريبياً من نوع المجموعة الواحدة ذات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي، وتمثل مجتمع البحث بمدرسي الرياضيات الذين يقومون بتدريس المادة في المرحلة المتوسطة والثانوية والاعدادية للعام الدراسي 2021/2022م، والبالغ عددهم (656) مدرسا ومدرسة في المديرية العامة للتربية في محافظة صلاح الدين، اما عينة البحث فقد تم استعمال الطريقة القصدية في اختيارها تمثلت بـ(25) مدرسا ومدرسة من مدارس قسم تربية العلم.، استعمل الباحثان برنامج التدريبي في ضوء توجهات(STEM) ولقياس المتغير التابع استعمل ((التصورات المستقبلية)) وتكونت من (40) فقرة، وتأكدا من صدقه وثباته، استعملت الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة، وتوصل الباحثان الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي في التصورات المستقبلية ولصالح التطبيق البعدي.
