1- Designing a training program according to the city's international strategies for teachers of Arabic language.
2- Knowing the effectiveness of the training program according to the city's international strategies in developing concurrent thinking among Arabic language teachers.
The researchers used the experimental design with two equivalents: the experimental group whose members studied according to the training program and the control group whose members studied according to the usual training, and included (43) teachers of the Arabic language who were divided into (22) male and female teachers of the experimental group. The two research groups were divided according to certain variables such as gender , age, participation in courses, testimony, years of service, intelligence test, pre-test paper for observing lesson implementation skills, and pre-test for simultaneous thinking. The course of the academic year (2019-2020) consisted of (simultaneous thinking), and on the light of the subject a training program was prepared according to the strategies of the international city. There is a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the controlling groups concerning the degrees of development of the concurrent thinking tool.
On the light of the previous results, the researchers came out with a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals.
