Abstract

The aim of the research was to identify the contributions of women and their position in occupying important and dangerous positions, especially positions that were restricted to managing the hands of the Caliph himself at the time. The study clarified the most important situations that state institutions went through, and the role of women in them despite the difficult and critical circumstances that the state was going through. As a result, mini-states that were actually separated from the central leadership and their apparent connection to them appeared, and this had negative repercussions, the most important of which is the emergence of foreign leaders on the scene, the large number Taxes that burdened the common people, the spread of administrative corruption, and the stirring of conflicts that led to violence and chaos. In the presence of these problems and their consequences, the burden falls on the woman, whether to bear the responsibility, as she becomes the first shepherd of her family, and in turn represents the breadwinner for that family, and thus the woman resort to work, whether in simple or arduous work, and in addition to that she takes on her primary role of the mother’s role in caring for her For her family and the preservation of her children and the entity of her family and the legacy of customs, traditions and values ​​affecting the community, which allowed her to show her role in societal peace and coexistence among the segments of the same society, which varies with different nationalities, sects and religions, and it is interesting that the difficult circumstances experienced by women have created She has a spirit of defiance, prudence, good taste, dream, patience and intelligence, and the ability to conduct matters, and this made her reach the top of the hierarchy of the judiciary institution, namely sitting to consider grievances.
