Abstract

Al-Hasan ibn Muhammad ibn Sharaf Shah, Rukn al-Din al-Alawi al-Mawsili al-Astrabadi, the imam, the scholar, the speaker, the grammarian, and the creator of works in grammar, morphology, and literature, are all mentioned in the book Al-Wafiyyah fi Sharh al-Kafiyyah. It is simple for academics since it is not a quick read. Other footnotes, including (Al-Kashf) by Siraj Al-Din Muhammad bin Omar Al-Halabi, were included after the explanation of Al-Wafiyyah. Ibn Al-Hajib (may Allah have mercy on him) wrote a brief book titled Al-Kafiya fi Al-Nahu that was characterized by comprehensiveness and brevity without prejudice. As a result, he needed explanation and facilitation, so the grammarians turned to him to explain and facilitate it for the learners. As a result, there were many explanations and footnotes to Al-Kafiya due to the large number of traders.
