Abstract

Writing about Andalusia after the handover of the city of Granada is a great pain because the Andalusians lived a harsh human experience caused mainly by the absence of religious tolerance and social justice which prompted the Andalusian revolution, demanding their rights stipulated in the treaty to hand over the city.

Those people lived a difficult life, and they were a picture of the conflict between the Islamic and Western civilizations. That conflict can be felt by studying their revolutions against the ruling authority, whose events clearly trace the causes of their outbreak as well as their results. The researcher in the history of that period must admit that the ruling authority in Spain was seeking to genocide the Andalusians.
