Corona pandemic (Covid-19 ) in societal variables and its effects on Family violence and Women's crimes

Abstract
The Corona pandemic (covid-19), as well as the societal changes (social, economic, cultural and political) that occurred in reality after the American occupation in 2003 AD, as these changes had a significant impact on the increase in a number of social problems within society, including the problem of domestic violence and criminality. Women and their serious effects, whether on the individual or on the Iraqi society. Therefore, this study sought to explain the reasons that led to this problem. In order to treat it according to objective scientific bases, in order to avoid the society’s horrors and its negative effects in the long run, whether in the material or moral aspect. Accordingly, the study focused on two main points in its theoretical and field aspects, which are represented in:First: A study of the Corona pandemic, as well as the societal changes after the year (2003 AD) represented in the (social, economic, cultural and political) aspects and their reflection on domestic violence and women’s criminality. And a dangerous indication that society is suffering from a real crisis in its societal fields. Rather, a shift in the course of crime, as women began to engage in types of crime that were the preserve of men, such as crimes of violence and terrorism.Second: Shedding light on domestic violence behaviors and women's criminality. In order to identify its social, economic, cultural and political dimensions. The issue of women's crimes is still one of the important topics that did not take its right from the study and only a little light was shed on it.In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the following questions were formulated:
- What are the personal characteristics and characteristics of Iraqi women perpetrators of crime?
- Is the corona pandemic, as well as the factors of societal variables, a link to women's tendency to commit crime?
- To what extent do societal factors influence women’s commission of crime?
- What are the types of crimes committed by women and the extent to which others participate in them?
