Abstract
Saudi Arabia has played a key role in facing challenges the thought that confronted the Islamic world, By launching the project and the idea of Islamic solidarity among the Islamic peoples, To seek to unite them and correct their beliefs values and behavior, The aim is to achieve its goal through several means including one send advocates effective scientists and those capable of changing, to disseminate the message of human principles and cultural values, it is the same message that carried the idea of giving and giving to peoples the other, it is also a flexible message to establish relations with others, whether Islamic or non_ Islamic, Mohamed Mahmoud Al_Sawaf was one of the preachers who represented her project in Africa north and south_ east Asia for the period from 1967 to 1973, many intellectual and cultural obstacles have been removed the religious faith that stood in front of the unification of Muslims there and their gathering, the highly balanced nature of his speech has affected these missions it touched the reality of the societies that he visited, it has made him better able to achieve understanding and dialog among himself and others Muslims and others.
