The Role of School Administration in the Development of Intellectual Security Among Students in Jouf Province's Schools on the Light of the Vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030

Abstract
The current study aims at knowing the role of the school’s administration in the development of intellectual security among students in Jouf Province's Schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study’s sample consisted of (200) government school employees including headmasters, agents, teachers and supervisors. The study was applied in 2020 AD and concluded the following: The degree of appreciation of staff in schools of Jouf Province in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia concerning the development of intellectual security among students was poor, the absence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the degrees and points of view of the study sample was due to the gender’s multiplicity regarding the role of school’s administration in developing intellectual security among students in Jouf Province schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the presence of statistically significant differences between the main scores of the views of the individuals of the study sample (due to the variable of the job title, which is for the benefit of the schools leaders and their deputies , lack of a statistically significant differences between the main scores of the views of the study sample individuals due to the multiple years of experience, lack of statistically significant differences among the averages of the degrees of the views of the individuals of the study sample due to the multiplicity of the academic qualification concerning the role of school administration in developing intellectual security among students of Jouf Province schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study recommending the ways that school departments should adopt so as to avoid the risks of extremist ideas, and the necessity of preparing educational programs, seminars and lectures for society, the family and the student.
