دور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية الأمن الفكري لدى طلاب مدارس منطقة الجوف في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة دور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية الأمن الفكري لدى طلاب مدارس منطقة الجوف بالمملكة العربية السعودية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) موظف من العاملين بالمدارس الحكومية تشمل القادة والوكلاء والمعلمين والمشرفين، طبقت الدراسة في العام 2020م، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: درجة تقدير العاملين في مدارس منطقة الجوف بالمملكة العربية السعودية لدور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية الأمن الفكري لدى الطلاب جاء بدرجة ضعيف. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات وجهات نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس حول دور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية الأمن الفكري لدى طلاب مدارس منطقة الجوف بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات وجهات نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي، وهو لصالح قائد المدرسة والوكيل. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات وجهات نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات وجهات نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي حول دور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية الأمن الفكري لدى طلاب مدارس منطقة الجوف بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام الإدارات المدرسية بدورها الريادي في دفع مخاطر الأفكار المتطرفة منذ نشوئها، وضرورة إعداد برامج وندوات ومحاضرات توعوية للمجتمع والاسرة والطالب.
