Organizational Culture at the University/ An analytical and sociological Study

Abstract
Organizational culture is the pattern of basic assumptions that a particular group invented, discovered, or developed in learning to deal with problems of external adaptation and internal integration, and worked well enough to be considered valid. And therefore; To be taught to new members as the correct way to perceive, think and feel about those problems. They are of many types, with different characteristics, and have their sources that produce them, and they have their functions for which they are harnessed; Therefore, we find that it affects the behavior of workers in any organization or organization according to its strength and effectiveness, and it can also be changed, but over long periods of time.
