الملخص
الثقافة التنظيمية هي نمط الافتراضات الأساسية التي اخترعتها مجموعة معينة أو اكتشفتها أو طورتها في التعلم للتعامل مع مشاكل التكيف الخارجي والتكامل الداخلي، وعملت بشكل جيد بما يكفي لاعتبارها صالحة. وبالتالي؛ أن تدرس للأعضاء الجدد على أنها الطريقة الصحيحة للإدراك والتفكير والشعور فيما يتعلق بتلك المشاكل. وهي على أنواع متعددة وذات خصائص متباينة ولها مصادرها التي تنتجها، ولها وظائفها التي تسخر من أجلها؛ ولذلك نجدها تؤثر في سلوك العاملين في أي تنظيم أو منظمة بحسب قوتها وفاعليتها، وكذلك يمكن تغييرها ولكن على فترات زمنية طويلة.
