The Difficulties that Face Schools' Principals through Working on a Safe and Healthy Environment at Al Rusaifa Directorate of Education

Abstract
This study aimed at finding the difficulties that face schools' principals who working on finding a safe and healthy environment at Al Rusaifa Directorate of Education. this study used the descriptive-survey approach. the sample of study was chosen randomly from the Public schools principals ( Male and female) at Al Rusaifa Directorate of the Jordanian Ministry of Education , the sample was (72) principals . The study tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (45) items distributed over two domains: the first domain (the difficulties of the physical environment in the school) by (25) items, and the second domain the difficulties of the moral environment in the school (school climate) by (20) items. Validity and stability of the tool Presented to expert arbitrators .the results of study show that the difficulties which face the principals to make a safe and healthy environment was medium and showed that no significant statistical differences of a(=0>05%) in principals responses in Al Rusaifa Directorate of Education attributed to Demographic variables ( Sex, academic qualifications, experience).
