أثر برنامج تربوي قائم على المواقف القيمية والقصص الهادفة في تنمية القيم الدينية و تحسين الانجاز الدراسي لدى تلاميذ الصفوف الأولية

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر برنامج تربوي قائم على المواقف القيمية والقصص الهادفة في تنمية القيم الدينية وتحسين الإنجاز الدراسي لتلاميذ الصفوف الأولية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي على عينة مكونة من 60 تلميذاً وتلميذة، موزعين بالتساوي على مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة، باستخدام مقياس للقيم الدينية واختبار للإنجاز الدراسي بعد التحقق من صدقهما. خضعت المجموعة التجريبية لبرنامج مدته 12 أسبوعاً يدمج السرد القصصي والمواقف الأخلاقية، بينما تلقت الضابطة التدريس التقليدي. أظهرت التحليلات الإحصائية (SPSS) فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق البعدي، مع وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة وقوية بين تنمية القيم وتحسن الإنجاز. وتؤكد النتائج فعالية دمج التربية الأخلاقية بالتعليم المعرفي في تعزيز الشخصية والأداء الأكاديمي، متوافقة مع نظريات التعلم الاجتماعي. وتوصي الدراسة بتبني هذه البرامج التكاملية، وتدريب المعلمين على بيداغوجيا السرد، وتعزيز الشراكة بين المدرسة والأسرة، مع إجراء أبحاث مستقبلية حول الأثر طويل المدى والتطبيقات الرقمية، مقدمةً دليلاً تجريبياً قوياً على التكامل بين التطور الأخلاقي والنجاح الدراسي في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة.
